UTILITY ASSISTANCE - by appointment only
Applicant must have a cut-off notice from the utility company. A copy of the cut-off notice must be provided at the appointment.
Assistance with Food or ID
A photo ID and social security card must be presented when applying for assistance.
To make an appointment, call 918-582-1356 on Monday or Tuesday between 9:00AM and 11:30AM*. A photo ID and social security card must be presented at the appointment.
*If Tulsa Public Schools are closed due to weather, Helping Hand Ministry will also be closed.
