Appointments may be made in person on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., until all eight in-person spots are filled. You may also call 918-582-1356 on Monday or Tuesday between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. to reserve one of the remaining eight spots. A total of 16 appointments are available each day. Once those spots are filled the phone will no longer be answered.
Appointments made on Monday are scheduled for the following Monday, and appointments made on Tuesday are scheduled for the following Tuesday. We cannot assist walk-ins and can serve only 16 clients per day.
Our organization is staffed entirely by volunteers. We are doing our best within our limited capacity and do not have paid staff available to answer the phone. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
