Mission statement

Helping Hand Ministry (HHM) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that offers short-term financial assistance to Tulsa County residents. HHM started as an outreach by First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa in 1981. HHM is structured to help an individual or family once a year for utilities or once every 6 months for food or prescriptions. HHM is staffed entirely by volunteers with First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa paying all our overhead expenses. 100% of each dollar raised by HHM goes directly to provide assistance to address basic needs in the Tulsa County Area. 

HHM is presently open on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 am to noon.  HHM operating policies are subject to change at any time as we respond to a rapidly changing environment.
